There is no charge for advertising property exchanges. However, we would be grateful for a voluntary donation covering administration fee to the website on a successful exchange.
Or sell privately yourself
Should you wish to use our site to advertise a FSBO (forsale by owner), We will list the property and photographs for you, ensure the listing is to your satisfaction, all contact will come to you the owner direct, however, the difference is we will be here should you need us. you will be given a login and password, all we ask is that you login and renew the lisiting once every 3 months if you property is not sold, this ensures our website is up to date.
