Belek, with its all year round tourist industry due to the excellent climate and an average 300 days of sunshine per year, at present boasts 8 golf courses including the National Golf Course and the Nick Faldo Course at the Cornelia Golf Club. The beautiful blue flag beaches, with a background of stunning scenery provided by the Taurus Mountains, are home to the protected Carretta Carretta turtles. the two excellent new beach parks and Belek's close proximity to many stunning historical sites makes the perfect choice for a holiday home for the whole family. The government has taken the decision to invest heavily in tourism in this area by spending huge sums and the benefits of this are clear for all to see.

Turkey's fourth largest City, Antalya, with its airport, excellent shopping and restaurants is a 30 minute drive away. Antalya also boasts an Aqua Park and a Dolphin Centre where you can swim with dolphins. The ski resort at Salikent, the waterfalls at Manavgat and historical sites of Aspendos and Perge are only a short drive away. The beautiful seaside town of Side, home to Apollo's temple and wonderful Amphitheatre, is 30 minutes away. For the more adventurous there is a white water rafting in The Koprulu National Park.
